According to data from CoinMarketCap, a crypto price tracker, the global crypto market cap has grown by about 0.56% to $2.34 trillion in the last 24 hours. Additionally, the total market trading volume has surged by a notable 27.60% to $63.45 billion. Stablecoins takes up more than 90% of the total volume, standing at $57.17 billion within the recorded time.

The price of Bitcoin, the flagship cryptocurrency, has grown slightly at the time of writing. According to data from CoinMarketCap, BTC is currentyl changing hands at $63,917, representing a 0.25% spike in the last 24 hours. The leading cryptocurrency has also seen a surge in its trading activitiy within the recorded time, jumping by 39.33% to $24.6 billion. Consequently, BTC now has a live market cap of $1.26 trillion.

The price of Ethereum (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap has crossed the $3,100 mark to trade at $3,121, signifying a 0.49% decline in the last 24 hours. What is more, ETH has a 24-hour trading volume of $11.3 billion, showing a 32.7% uptick in the last 24 hours with a live market cap of $374.3 billion.

Solana (SOL) has recorded the most gains among the top ten cryptocurrencies. Per CMC data, the price of SOL has surged by 6.50% in the last 24 hours to trade at $155.78. However, its trading volume tells a different story, declining by 8.46% to $2.39 billion over the last day. In the end, Solana occupies the #5 spot on the crypto market chart with a live market cap of $69.3 billion.

TON, the 9th-largest cryptocurrency by market cap has also surged in the last 24 hours by 3% to trade at $5.98. In addition, the 24-hour trading volume have skyrocketed by 69.6% to $261 billion with a live market cap of $20.7 billion.

On the memecoin front, Dogecoin (DOGE) has dropped by 0.31% within the time to trade at $0.159, having a 24 hour trading volume of $1.59 billion and a live market cap of $23 billion. Shiba Inu (SHIB), the second-largest memecoin by trade volume has also declined by 0.29% at the time of writing to trade at $0.00002466.
