Lisa Song Sutton, a Nevada 4th Congressional District aspirant recently revealed that Ripple (XRP) is on her radar following her other investments in the crypto market.
As a cryptocurrency and blockchain technology advocate, Lisa notably invested in a fund that is promoting the installation of crypto-focused ATMs. She also runs a business that accepts Bitcoin and on top of that belongs to a group of U.S lawmakers lobbying for favorable regulations for the emerging industry.
Given such exposure to crypto, it would be impossible to believe that Lisa doesn’t hold any crypto-assets herself, confirming in a recent interview that she is currently invested in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin.
Interestingly, though, it appears that the next crypto to be added to her portfolio soon would be XRP, the third-largest cryptocurrency by market cap.
After my CES panel, there was a woman on the that worked with Ripple and she was just so knowledgable and she was great. It really encouraged me to look more into that and see if there’s more opportunity there and that is on my radar.
Meanwhile, in other sections of the interview, Lisa Sutton explained how vital it is that regulators get a clearer understanding of how crypto and blockchain technology worked.
She even noted that she’d gladly engage in a conversation with U.S President Donald Trump to let him understand while innovative technologies like cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology need to be widely adopted.
