French Football Club Monaco Partners With Capital Block to Join NFT Craze

The French Football Club Association Sportive de Monaco Football Club SA, also known as Monaco, has partnered with the entertainment and sports NFT company, Capital Block, to enter the NFT world.

Capital Block focuses on helping football clubs develop their NFT project and strengthening the commitment of the supporters of the NFT community.

The partnership will see Capital Block become Monaco’s new official NFT agency and the firm will gain visibility and exposure through the club’s different communication channels.

According to the report, the NFT consultancy firm will help develop Monaco’s NFT strategy while supporting the club in exploring the NFT world. Capital Block will also advise Monaco on related matters such as exclusive NFT creation and marketplace partnerships.

“We are pleased to launch this partnership with Capital Block, which will enable AS Monaco to strengthen its position in the field of digital innovation and improve the possibilities for fans to connect to the club. Each passing day confirms the growing appeal of NFTs,” Oleg Petrov, Vice-President and CEO of AS Monaco said.

He continued, “Capital Block’s expertise will enable us to better understand this universe, to understand the issues related to it and to define a solid and sustainable strategy.”

Tim Mangnall, CEO of Capital Block, noted that one of the first steps of the partnership will be to connect AS Monaco and its fans to the NFT community. The deal between the two parties will in turn increase the exposure and adoption of the NFT space and crypto at large.

Meanwhile, in a similar development, popular crypto trading platform CryptoCom recently partnered with Angel City Football Club (ACFC) to become the team’s official cryptocurrency exchange platform, NFT marketplace, and also one of the club’s founding partners.
