AMGI Studios Launches My Pet Hooligans Game On Epic Games

Animation company AMGI Studios has expanded its tentacles into the novel video game platform Epic Games. AMGI Studios’ flagship free-to-play game, My Pet Hooligans, has been launched on Epic Games.

What Is My Pet Hooligans?

Founded in 2021, My Pet Hooligans (MPH) is an action shooter game featuring rebellious rabbits called Hooligans. 

According to the game lore, the loud and defiant rabbit, Hooli, alongside his partner, Crystal Bun, leads the community of Hooligans. The rabbits’ mission is to defeat their overlord MetaZuckBot from taking over the Web3 space and destroying ZuckCorp. They hone their fighting skills by engaging in friendly battle sessions.

In December 2021, MPH launched an NFT collection featuring 8,888 3D rabbits on the Ethereum blockchain. Holders of the collectibles were given access to several perks within the AMGI Studios’ ecosystem.

MPH Launches on Epic Games

Within the gaming platform, players will be able to participate in combat to earn points that would be exchangeable for in-game wearables, gear, and power-ups. Other features include a day-night cycle and new skateboard mechanics to explore the Hooligan map.

Players can also express their artistic skills within the game by using spray paints to create graffiti on the walls of Hooliland buildings while enjoying music created by community members. Holders of MPH NFTs and Early Access Passes will be able to participate in the Early Access Alpha V2 Turbo within the rabbit-themed game.

As MPH taps into Epic Games’ large community of Web3 gamers, the rabbit-themed project is likely to see more players onboard its platform. AMGI Studios’ COO, Luke Paglia, reiterated this in a press release when he said:

“This is an important milestone for the My Pet Hooligan community, as we look to onboard the next group of hardcore gamers — I cannot wait to see the absolute mayhem they cause in the game and the content they create.”
